Nicholas Cage Selling New York Apartment For $9.75M

Nicolas Cage is attempting to whittle down his real estate holdings, following reports that he owes $6.2 million in unpaid taxes. The 45-year-old actor and avid real estate playboy is selling his glamorous Midtown apartment, located at 641 5th Ave, New York,  NY 10022, for $9.75 million.

Cage’s Fifth Avenue home is actually two adjacent 48th-floor condos with a combined 3,550 square feet of space in the prestigious Olympic Tower.

The Olympic Tower, a 51-story building in Manhattan near St. Patrick’s Cathedral, has a history of prestige and elegance. Constructed in 1975, the building contains 225 condominium apartments and more than 250,000 square feet of office space and retail space. The NBA offices are located in the tower between the 14th and 19th floors.

Cage has another multi-million dollar home for sale in Middletown, RI.  Zillow reported the celebrity home for-sale back in October 2008. Nearly one year later, the listing still sits stagnant on the market, listed at $15.9 million. The home is commonly known as “Grey Craig” and borders a bird sanctuary.
