Christina Ricci Lists Los Angeles-Area Home For Sale
Christina Ricci, teen starlet from the 1990′s, is on the move. The Addams Family actress is asking $1,549,000 million for her Hollywood Hills home. While it’s a stretch to call this home “affordable” for the average Joe, the listing is in a lower price bracket than many of the celebrity homes for sale reported on the Zillow Blog.
The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,400 sq ft home is located on Park Oak Drive, one of the most coveted streets in the Oaks area of Los Angeles. According to the listing description, the mosaic-tiled pool and lush patio areas are perfect for evening nights entertaining and peaceful weekends vacationing at home. Ricci purchased the home in June 1999 for $869,000.
Ricci was born in Santa Monica, CA and is the youngest of four children. Her mother was a Realtor.
