Charlie Sheen Moves Out and Brooke Moves Into Price-Cut Villa
Last July, actor Charlie Sheen, who stars in the popular comedy series “Two and a Half Men” and wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen, listed their home at 2549 N Catalina St, Los Angeles, CA 90027 for sale for $3,697,000.
Since then, a lot has happened. For one, the 1927 Mediterranean-style home in Los Feliz, CA took a price cut of $500,000 and is now listed for $3,197,000. Another change is the Sheens won’t be living together at 2549 N Catalina — at least not for awhile. On Christmas Day, the Sheens were involved in a heated argument while on vacation in Aspen, CO, and Charlie was arrested for domestic violence charges. A restraining order was filed against Sheen, forbidding him from contacting Brooke. Despite the Sheens’ desire to reconcile, an Aspen assistant district attorney has refused to lift the restraining order, which means they can’t be under the same roof; Brooke moved back into the Los Angeles house and Charlie moved out.
The 4,179 sq ft property has four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and it’s a tight space for the Sheen’s who have five children and do not feel the property is big enough, which is the reason they want to sell.
