Jermaine Dupri’s Home Gets Price Cut — Listed for $1.3 Million

Jermaine Dupri’s home has been on the market for nearly a year and since it was originally listed for sale for $1.5 million last January, we noticed it has taken a price drop of $200,000 and is now down to $1.3 million.

Dupri’s Atlanta, GA home is located on a private lot and has five bedrooms, five baths, three fireplaces, a stone tile pool and hot tub. It also contains a number of bars: three to be exact.

Dupri runs the label So So Def, has produced numerous hit records and makes his own music. Some of his production credits include working with the likes of Usher, Lil’ Bow Wow and Mariah Carey. He is widely credited for playing a large part in the revitalization of Mariah Carey’s career.
