Jonas Brothers Getting a New Neighbor

Attorney Chuck Greenberg, who is all but the next owner of the Texas Rangers, is in a buying mood in real estate, too, and is apparently plunking down a few million for a sweet, Westlake, TX home that belongs to former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Banks.

This home is listed for $3.5 million and is quite handsome, but its biggest selling point is its “… knock-out veranda view of Vaquero’s 17th and 18th fairways and as DallasDirt says, living in the Vaquero Golf Club is “… almost worth a first-born child.”

Oh right, the Jonas Brothers will be his neighbors. They live nearby, on Wisteria Way.
