New York Yankee first baseman Mark Teixeira is selling his Texas home for $4.55 million.
Located in Westlake, TX, in the coveted Vaquero Golf Club where the Jonas Brothers and soon-to-be Texas Rangers owner Chuck Greenberg, also live, Teixeira’s home is on a small lakefront, on one acre of land. The home has 8,554 sq ft, and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Teixeira was drafted by the Rangers in 2001 and stayed in the Texas system until 2007 when he was traded to the Atlanta Braves. He went to the Anaheim Angels in 2008 and then landed with the Yankees in 2009. He has three Gold Gloves and is a two-time All-Star.
