Marshall and Loyd need to get a grip and find an overview regarding this piece of liturgical architecture. I have spent a lifetime restoring churches and cathedrals around the country. This property might have felt the recking ball. It may have many futures as a home, art gallery, community center, small educational facility, or non profit. As long as it stands it has dignity and service
Why would they sell it? It’s sooo beautiful…..Is it haunted??? PLZ…no erotic galleries…it would be in poor taste and disrespect for what it once was and still looks like….a beautiful church.
I saw one a few years ago a buy bought on tv. He paid around 380k for it and it looked pretty close to this one. When he started doing renos in the walls he found artwork that was brought over in the 1700s and old glass.
It looks like every disgusting overdone, overspaced and overpriced mistake of the late 90′s and 00′s has been built into this monstrosity. The price of this will drop like a rock over the next 10 years.

For Lloyd and Marshall…there is a religious process called “deconsecration” where a religious structure is respectfully “un-blessed.” That structure is nothing but bricks and mortar now.
I like it! Personally, I can definitely tell it was a church. They did an excellent job on it. For a renovation, it’s very tasteful.
