Like a Home? Follow it With Zillow’s Property Alert Email

Heads up buyers and real estate watchers: If you’re in love with a home and want to keep an eye on its status, sign up for Zillow’s Property Alert email. A Property Alert mail will tell you what changes are detected (e.g., newly listed, sale price changes, taken off market, sold, pending, or no longer for sale). How do you sign up for Property Alerts?

1. From home details page:

Click the “Email” button from home details page (see screen below) and then select “Get price/status updates.”

2. From maps page:

Click the “Save” link in the filtered search area, then name your search and enter your email address.
