Beverly Hills Housewife, Kyle Richards, Lists Home For $2.45 Million

Hollywood born Kyle Richards is no stranger to the on-camera limelight. Not only is she an aunt to Paris and Nicky Hilton (her sister is Kathy Hilton), but back in the day, she was also a child actor with fellow Beverly Hills cast mate and sister, Kim Richards. Kyle landed her first acting role when she was just 4 years old and later appeared in such shows as Little House on the Prairie, E.R., and the horror flick, Halloween.

Kyle has since transformed from child actor to wife of luxury Realtor, Mauricio Umansky, mother to four daughters, and most recently a “Real Housewife” on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reality series. Between the occasional cat fight, Kyle’s reality via Bravo seems to follow suit of the typical “Real Housewife” routine with family duties, shopping sprees, lunch dates and now, listing her home for sale.

Currently listed for $2,450,000, Kyle’s Bel Air home is a contemporary masterpiece that sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts beautiful city and mountain views. The property is marketed as a “Balinese tropical resort” and has a large master suite with walk-in closets , three additional bedroom suites with their own bathrooms, and a landscaped backyard that includes a swimming pool, fountains and a fire pit. According to the Zillow Price History chart, the 4,200-sq ft home was first listed for $2,925,000 in February 2010.

Looking back, many of Zillow’s previous Real Housewives’ real estate reports are themed with unfortunate circumstances (i.e., Teresa’s Guidice’s bankruptcy, Tamra Barney’s short sale, and Lisa Wu Hartwell’s foreclosure). The Real Estalker speculates that the Richards-Umansky family is breaking the trend and looking for an upgrade in the housing department.
