With 7,373 sq ft, Marion’s three-story villa is the largest of the properties in the gated waterfront community of Cloisters on the Bay. It has 6 bedrooms,  8.5 bathrooms and features a rooftop terrace, hot tub, pool and spa.

If purchased “as is” for asking price, and closed on by 5:00PM EST on December 31, 2010, seller will provide buyer with round-trip private jet service of seller’s choice for 4 people (Miami-Dallas-Miami) plus 4 Club Level tickets to the biggest sporting event of the year, to be held on February 6, 2011 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Interested? While it’s difficult to place a monetary value on this offer, as anyone who has tried to get tickets to a premier sports event can attest, it ain’t easy.

Marion purchased this villa in 2008 for $2,477,500 when he played for the Miami Heat. He is now playing for the Mavericks, averaging about 17 points per game.
