Jermaine Jackson’s Rental Heads to Foreclosure
Jermaine Jackson, the older brother of the late pop superstar Michael Jackson, will need to find a new place to live during the new year. He is reportedly renting a home in Calabasas, CA that is headed to foreclosure and will go up for bid on the steps of the Pomona CA courthouse on Jan. 21. The minimum bid allowed is $2,184,233. According to Los Angeles BlockShopper, the home Jermaine is renting out belongs to Trini A. Deleon. It has 5 bedrooms and 6 baths.
Jermaine had a rough year in 2010. In September, he was reportedly a burglary victim in which $150,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from a designer bag that contained jewelry, furs and clothes. He is also in a dispute with his ex-wife, Alejandra, over child-support payments. She claims he owes her $91,921 in back payments. [Source: SingersRoom]
