Full House’s Dave Coulier Lists Encino Home For $1.65 Million
Known best as Uncle Joey from the popular 1980s-90s show “Full House,” stand-up comedian and actor, David Coulier, has been busy since his 8-season run with the ABC sitcom. He’s been performing stand-up routines across the county, does voice-over work, and runs his own production company, Cumulus Entertainment. According to the LA Times, his next project is building an energy-efficient home in his home state of Michigan. Looks like he is already taking the first step towards his dream of earth-friendly home ownership, listing his remodeled Encino, CA home for $1,649,000.
While he could just be aiming to get back to his Great Lakes roots, home values have fallen 3.5 percent in Encino since December 2009, making a case that Coulier is trying to get out of the Encino real estate market while he still can. Whatever the reasoning may be, Coulier’s Encino home, originally named Lindley Farm, is a gorgeous estate that has a lot to offer. The almost 4,000-sq ft home sits on a .37-acre gated lot with 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office, living room with exposed-beam ceilings, terraced dining room, and large kitchen with a cozy eat-in area. The outdoor space has a patio, BBQ area, and swimming pool. Public records show Coulier bought the home for $990,000 in 2001.
