Did You Know? New Search Options and Filters Added to Zillow iPhone App

Earlier this month, we announced the integration of financial tools from Zillow Mortgage Marketplace into the Zillow iPhone App. We’re always listening to user feedback and reviews in order to constantly improve upon our real estate app to make it the best mobile shopping experience possible. In fact, in addition to integrating real-time mortgage rates and mortgage calculators from Zillow Mortgage Marketplace, we also rolled out new search options and filters for the Zillow iPhone App this month. Tailored rental shopping: If you’re searching for rentals, we’ve optimized the experience for rentals, hiding for-sale specific filters.

Amenities added: Nearby amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, and parks, now appear on the map when searching for homes.

Quick access: A new app home screen gives you quick access to your most common searches.

Saved searches: Now access saved and recent searches from the home screen, recent searches are automatically saved.

Customize saved searches: Rename/label saved searches so you can more easily tell them apart.
