Real Housewives’ Adrienne Maloof Lists Estate for $26 Million
What’s more dramatic than a reality TV show? How about the fiery fallout of a real-life, bitter divorce between stars of a reality TV show.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof and her estranged husband, Paul Nassif, have upped the ante on their breakup by putting their family estate for sale for a whopping $26 million.
Listed by Mauricio Umansky, CEO and co-founder of The Agency and husband of Maloof’s fellow cast member Kyle Richards, the enormous Beverly Glen home spans 20,000 square feet on 2 acres at 54 Beverly Park Way, Los Angeles CA 90210.
The home has figured largely in the “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” series. Maloof and Nassif purchased the mansion for $12.708 million in 2004. Maloof, 51, is a co-owner of various business holdings of Maloof Companies, including partial ownership of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and the Sacramento Kings basketball team.
Designed by architect Richard Landry in 2000, Maloof’s home is a French chateau-style estate, complete with a stately entry, park-like grounds, and marble and exotic wood details.
The 8-bedroom, 11-bath home features indoor and outdoor dining rooms and grand living spaces with high ceilings. There’s also a tennis court, swimming pool, home theater, office and library area.
