Ross ‘The Intern’ Mathews Buys Glendale Home
Ross Mathews may play the role of an intern on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” but when it comes to his residence, his standards are well above that of the average entry-level employee.
Property records indicate that the 33-year-old TV personality and comedian recently bought a Glendale home for $1.1 million.
Built in 1977, the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been remodeled with contemporary features, including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a game room and a wine cellar.
Sitting at the top of its own private road in the heart of Glendale Hills, the home boasts spectacular city views. Whether he is entertaining guests in the spacious living room or relaxing in his master suite, Mathews can enjoy panoramic views throughout the house.
Mathews has a few others to enjoy the views with, including his longtime boyfriend, stylist Salvador Camarena, and their two dogs, Louise and Mijo. Even with all the tasks of moving, Mathews has been keeping up with his blog, posting photos of his beautiful new abode.
The home purchase follows the May release of Mathews’ new book, “Man Up! Tales of My Delusional Self-Confidence.” The regular guest host on “Chelsea Lately” is also in the midst of preparing for his new talk show, “Hello Ross,” set to debut on the E! network fall 2013.
