86-Year-Old “Refuse to Move” Woman Dies

Just in from King 5 News: Edith Macefield, who refused to sell her home and move from her lifelong residence in Ballard, WA, forcing developers to build around her home, died on Sunday. Amazing woman. But, what will happen to her house?

I went by and paid my respects at the house yesterday. That cute little house dwarfed by gigantic concrete walls is a pretty powerful sight.
