Six years after he stopped playing for the LA Dodgers, Major League Baseball slugger Adrian Beltre is finally getting around to putting his Bradbury, CA estate on the market. Beltre’s California home is listed for $19.8 million. Beltre spent the past season with the Boston Red Sox and prior to that, he played for the Seattle Mariners (2005-2009).
Beltre’s 4-acre+ property has all of the adult toys a professional athlete would be expected to have, including a basketball court, tennis court, infinity pool — it even has a small golf course with a couple of holes, a putting green, and sand traps. But the key amenity for this slugger is the batting cage so he can keep working to improve his lifetime .275 batting average.
The modern, Mediterranean-style property is within a 24-hour guard-gated development in Bradbury Estates and features an entryway with 35-feet custom-painted ceilings, inlaid marble floors, crystal chandelier, and a dual staircase. It has 16,600 sq ft of living space and three beds and two bathrooms.
