This is your final reminder that Reachd will offer Adwords for Real Estate training at Zillow’s Seattle offices this Thursday. I really think that if your going to take a course it should be in SEO not adwords.

As for SEO I agree. We suggest agents use Google Adwords to learn what works and what does not work for search terms. Once they have a term that they are paying for, and profiting from, we suggest they focus on that term in the organic side.
There are systems out there like Wordtracker, etc that people pay for to do keyword research, I just think using Google Adwords for keyword research is more effective.

I really got late. I am already working on some property sites for managing there adwords campaign and yielding very good results out of them.
