Another ‘Real Housewives’ Cast Member Set to Make a Beverly Hills Move
The Hermes-laden, chardonnay-sipping cast members of the reality TV show “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” continue their house-hopping moves.
This time it’s Taylor Armstrong who is going to be looking for new digs. The house that she’s renting at 1950 Linda Flora Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90077 has hit the market for $3.695 million, and according to TMZ, the owners would prefer that Armstrong and her daughter leave now that the home is listed in the Bel Air real estate market.
Armstrong has been renting the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Spanish contemporary since 2008 and lived there with her late husband, Russell, who took his own life after the couple separated in 2011. Events surrounding the tragedy were featured on “RHOBH” episodes, with Armstrong leaning heavily on her cohorts to help her through the shocking events.
While the owners of the home told TMZ that Armstrong was a fine tenant, “it’s time to make a change.”
The home was last sold in 2006 for $1.65 million, but has been upgraded throughout, including a gourmet kitchen and landscaped grounds that feature a pool and views of Century City and Dodger Stadium.
Armstrong’s imminent relocation makes her the latest “RHOBH” star to sell, list or move from her home and just another in a long line of “Real Housewives” stars around the country to experience real estate woes.
Adrienne Maloof, who is in the middle of a contentious divorce from her husband, Paul Nassif, has listed their estate for $26 million.
Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpump sold her Beverly Hills estate, only to later learn that the site of her daughter’s wedding was damaged by a fire after her departure.
