Brooke Mueller may be best-known for her volatile relationship with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, as well as her own troubles, but the occasional actress has long been a real estate investor and serial flipper.

Her latest purchase was in March 2012, when she bought the home of “Scary Spice” Melanie Brown for $3 million. Just about nine months later, the property at 4923 Amigo Ave, Tarzana CA 91356 was back on the market for $3.55 million and snagged a buyer quickly.

Comparing the listing photos from when Mel B. owned the Tarzana home, it doesn’t look like Mueller changed too much to the interior of the 4-bed home, and the crystal chandeliers are still a focal point in many rooms. However, the home’s detached guest house no longer contains a recording studio, but a massive home theater.

One of the best features of 9,200-square-foot residence is the outdoor living space. A stone courtyard holds an outdoor kitchen and dining area with flat-screen TVs, and of course, a few chandeliers. A pool, spa and fire pit are also in the courtyard area.

The home is listed by Carey LaSalle of Keller Williams Realty.

According to Zillow’s mortgage calculator, a monthly payment on the home would be $12,324, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year mortgage.
