The story of writer Candace Bushnell and her Greenwich apartment at 45 E 9th St, New York, NY 10003 has come to an end. The author behind the “Sex and the City” franchise has the swanky home listed for $2.8 million, according to the NY Daily News.

Bushnell purchased the home with ex-husband Charles Askegard in 2005. Their marriage dissolved in the past year, leading Bushnell to sell the home.

Bushnell’s apartment looks like it would appeal to Carrie Bradshaw: The high-end space was featured in Elle Decor in 2005, shortly after Bushnell moved in. Featuring a blend of Asian-inspired and European decor, the co-op has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Floor-to-ceiling windows keep the space filled with light, and inlaid wood flooring, a sunken living room and wood fireplace are other home features.

The home is listed by Ann Weintraub LTD. According to Zillow’s mortgage payment calculator, a monthly payment on the home would be $9,862, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year mortgage.
