The 128th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate is posted at Arizona Mortgage Guru. In the spirit of Valentines Day, there were five lovely awards categories created, with a special heart given to “Short Sale Listings: Leaving Out Key Details Is Like Telling A Lie..” by Courtney Cooper, a new blogger.
The carnival will make its next appearance on Monday, Feb. 16 at the Sacramento Real Estate Voice. Please submit your best post by Sunday, Feb. 15, to be considered.
