Carnival of Real Estate #37

The 37th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate is live at Jay Thompson’s blog, the Phoenix Real Estate Guy. With the Masters having being this played weekend (congratulations Zach Johnson), Jay incorporated the golf theme; 18 posts are highlighted, with 10 of those being chosen for the “winners circle”. Yes, 10 “winners” technically breaks the guidelines of the carnival, but we award more points for creativity than compliance; so head on over and take a look! Many, many thanks to Jay for coming through and hosting after this week’s carnival host was a no-show.
