By: Zillow Team, | December 10, 2007
John Wake of Arizona Real Estate Notebook cranked out a beauty this week for the 70th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate. He gave awards to bloggers in three different categories:
1. Consumer and Investor-Oriented – The award goes to Christopher Smith of Real Estate Investing in the Real World for his post “Are you rebalancing your real estate portfolio?”
2. Sheer Entertainment Value — This award goes to Eric Medemar of The Millionaires Blog for his post “Real Estate Investing: 13 Lessons I Have Learned.”
3. Realtor Inside Baseball — This goes to Mike Mueller of Lenderama for his post ”Are Agents the New Brokers?“
Great stuff, John! Check it out!
The carnival will make its next appearance on Monday, December 17 at Laguna Niguel Real Estate Blog. Please submit your best post by Sunday, December 16, to be considered.
