Former Sonics star guard Ray Allen, who was traded to the Boston Celtics in the summer of 2007, has his Carnation, WA home up for sale for $5.2 million — a discount from its former price of $6 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. Tennis legend Martina Navratilova recently sold her waterfront Casey Key property for $2.549 million, according to the (Sarasota) Herald Tribune. We only have a satellite view of the home, but, as you can see, it’s on a tight little piece of property known as “Bay Haven.” According to the article, only the main house was part of the sale — not the guest house. Maybe Martina will keep that for herself. It is reported to be the second-highest bay front sale on Casey Key this year.
