Why are there so manay foreclosures???

Banks are willing to grant grace periods, forebarances and other solutions for homeowners facing foreclosure.

Stopping foreclosure is easy, if you know what to do.

If anyone needs help gettting the bank to work with you on an alternative to foreclosure, it’s ok to contact me.

Celebrities in foreclosure? Sorry, but “wah.” (Sarcastic). Most of the people on that list made terrible decisions. Holyfield was making $30 million a fight. Don’t cry for him Argentina (or America).

Bottom line, it is the average homeowner who suffers because prices, for example, in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, swung so wildly that the lows are so irrational. Thus, foreclosure becomes an option for those who would never go bankrupt or whatever.

  34. Sam on April 28, 2009 2:21 pm

Well none of these articles are telling us how many homes they own or if these are the main residences. They are not even close to what the middle class America is going through.

Many wealthy people let properties foreclose so they can aquire another one or just to dump it. Look at Trump and how many times his “corporations” have filed bankruptcy.

  38. micky on May 12, 2009 8:48 pm

In response to the comment below.
Yes even the celebrities are not bright enough to live within their means. Just like us poor people that have homes that would be considered a garage shack for many of these homes. Unless we were smart enough to live within our means and keep our shacks.

This just shows that even the elite of our society WILL be affected by the foreclosure epedemic.

Called living above your means . Celebrities had enough money to pay off there homes . instead they keep spending $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ . Celebrities only want the FANS to bail them out . Since the fans are the ones who made the celebrities rich from the beginning.

  42. davidd on June 14, 2009 6:59 pm

Living within or below your means advice only good until you no longer have a means. Loose the income stream at any depth and your in for a life style change. There are another 3million unemployed and another 4 million homes in the foreclosure for the coming months. We wanted change? we getting it.

  43. loan modification help on June 24, 2009 3:56 pm

There are no exceptions. Many people are hit by this economic turmoil. Even celebrities have to find their way out and modify their loans or look for some alternatives to ease up the tension.

  44. robert on July 8, 2009 10:07 am

No your right Jeff Smith and I have both worked with lenny. He is a huge idiot. He throws his assets around to try and get people to work for him for free. If you dont want to lose your house maybe you should ditch your gulf stream jet or phantom limo. He tried to get us to do a modification for him for free on the promise that he has plenty of money? He did the same thing to the people printing his magazine. Except they printed them. I think he has over 25 open law suits against him and even robbed his mom. You can read all about it on espn they have a huge article on what an asshole lenny is. Trust me when I say that your deeds come back to you and in this case hes losing the deed

It shows that Size Does not matter. Income size that is. You have to always live BELOW your means. For real estate investors and buyers, knowing the numbers going in and preparing for the worst case scenario is key.
