Chatting with Harvey Edgecombe

Harvey recently hosted the 38th carnival of real estate on his blog, Renthusiast.org and that was also the first international appearance of the carnival.
This call was recorded just over a week ago. If you follow real estate blogs, you’ll probably know Renthusiast.org for its thoughtful analysis and its no-frills appearance. I enjoyed chatting with Harvey; he’s a smart guy who calls it like it is and who is clearly ahead of the pack in the UK where real estate blogging is still scarce.

It was wonderful chatting with you ! the interview was really fun. Jay, what I meant by the 1st international edition wasn’t necessarily that Renthusiast was the 1st international blog to host the carnival, but we were definitely the 1st to host from an international perspective. BTW, i’m also a great fan and regular phoenixrealestateguy.com visitor

Just wondered what Mr Edgecombe thought about mortage fraud, over valaution and Cardiff Bay?
