Congratulations to Tisza for Landing Her 1st Listing!

I want to extend a huge congratulations to Tisza Major-Posner for landing her 1st listing as a real estate agent!! Tisza was my apprentice for Project Blogger and I saw her through the process of building Route66 Living. I’ve enjoyed keeping in touch with her via AOL instant messenger and the occasional e-mail since the competition ended.

Tisza is new to the industry; she received her license on December 21, 2006, became a Realtor on February 2, 2007, and started blogging at the end of March. On August 12, Tisza was contacted by her current client about the prospect of listing their home as a result of her blog. The listing agreement was signed on September 8 and the property debuted on the MLS September 19th. Two days later, she had her 1st offer on the house. She just posted the listing — a 2 3 bedroom, 3 2 bath, 1610 square foot home in Claremont, CA– on Zillow yesterday, with a fantastic result: this morning, she got a phone call from a 1st time buyer without an agent that saw her listing advertised on Zillow! Talk about a quick response to posting a home on Zillow.
