Elisabeth Hasselbeck has never shied away from a challenge. Now comes a good one:
The former Division I softball player, “Survivor” contestant and co-host of “The View” is going to test her mettle in the Upper West Side real estate market.
Hasselbeck and her husband, former NFL quarterback Tim Hasselbeck, have listed their 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium for $3.3 million — just a few bucks under what they paid for it back in 2008.
While the market may be down, the Hasselbeck family needs more room to roam, having added two young sons — Timothy Taylor, 3, and Isaiah, 2 — in addition to 6-year-old daughter Grace.
The Hasselbeck apartment is located in the Ariel West building at 245 W. 99th St. between Broadway and West End Ave., which affords great city views from the glass tower. In addition to the 2,083 sq ft of living space in their 16th-floor unit, the family has had access to the building’s concierge services, including theater, children’s playground, garden, pet center, full-size indoor swimming pool and the La Palestra Fitness and Wellness Services.
While the Upper West Side address might be a little off the beaten track from anyone who needs to be in midtown Manhattan, the condo delivers space and amenities like soaring, 10-foot ceilings, marble floors, two laundry rooms and a Viking appliance-loaded kitchen.
