Dallas Dirt Has the Dirt on New Bush Home

Our friend, Candy Evans of Dallas Dirt, has the exclusive dirt on where the Bushes will end up in Dallas. Through Candy’s sleuthing and detective work, she believes that 10141 Daria Pl, Dallas, TX is the address where W and Laura will begin their post-Washington lives and next door, at 10151 Daria Place is where the Secret Service will hole up. Both of these homes are in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas.
The Zillow Home Value Index for Preston Hollow home values is $233,500 at this writing and, assuredly, the values will likely go up once a former president moves into the neighborhood.
W has certainly come a long way from his starter home in Midland, Texas.

Hi Jorge: The Zestimate for this house is approximately $2 million dollars, but the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI) — the median Zestimate valuation for a given geographic area on a given day — is $233,500. In other words, half the homes in this area are worth less than $233,500k and half are worth more than $233,500. The Bushes happened to buy a home that is WAY over the ZHVI.
