Danny Bonaduce’s Home Reduced to $3.9 Million

Danny Bonaduce, whose stardom began in his role as Danny Patridge, the red-headed pre-teen son of TV’s fictional pop singing group, “The Patridge Family,” has listed his Los Feliz, CA home for sale for $3.9 million. It was the same home he shared with his second wife, Gretchen Hillmer, according to the LA Times.

According to Zillow’s Price History chart, Bonaduce and Hillmer purchased the home in 2005 for $2.6 million. The home was then listed for sale in 2007 for $4.5 million — around the same time Bonaduce and Hillmer divorced. It was removed from the market in March 2008 and reappeared in April 2008 for $4.2 million. It then was pulled off in July 2008 and reappeared in October for $4.2 million. It was reduced to $3.9 million on Nov. 5.

The home is described as a “…fabulous 1926 Spanish Villa built by architect Harry Hayden Whiteley and restored to 2010 standards.” It has 7,065 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. As you can see in the photos of the home, it has unique ceilings that are beamed or handpainted mosaics, plus interesting archways and handcrafted wrought-iron fixtures. There is also a pool and home theater.

Bonaduce has a well-chronicled story of drug and alcohol abuse and now works as a radio talk show host for Philadelphia radio station 94WYSP.
