Discussions Humor: Cat Quiz

I recently sneaked a peek into the Home Remodeling and Repair section of the Zillow Discussions board to see what’s on people’s minds and there it was: “cats cats cats.”

How could anyone resist clicking on it? Was this someone thinking they were on Craigslist and they wanted to give away kitties from a recent litter? Was their neighborhood overrun by cats? “betterlatethannever” was looking for a good cat deterrent from the influx of neighborhood cats, but then offered up a fun little quiz. Here it goes: (Math is involved here, so get your calculators out):

There are 7 girls on a bus.
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
In each backpack, there are 7 big cats.
For every big cat there are 7 little cats.

Question: How many legs are there in the bus?
