    As an agent working predominantly with Buyers, I can’t overlook quality FSBOs on the market. That would be doing my client a disservice. However, before I show a client a FSBO, I make it clear, in writing, that if the seller is not willing to work out a commission for me, that my clients will compensate me. Also, I make it clear to the FSBO seller that I represent the buyers, and that they, the seller, needs to consult an attorney, or other professional to represent their interests.
