Friday the 13th: Time for Famous Scary Homes!

By: Leslie Pandey, Senior Content Writer/Editor | October 13, 2006

Pumpkins are popping up everywhere, candy bowls are being stocked and readied, and the little Michaelmyers_1munchkins are planning their costumes. Yes, it’s almost that spooky, scary, and just plain creepy time of year.

Plus, today is that most frightful of days — Friday the 13th! Thus we thought it’s the perfect day to unveil our new list of Famous Scary Homes. We dug up bird’s eye views of homes from some of our favorite horrifying movies, TV shows, and music videos (come on, we had to include Thriller!).

See the house where Michael Myers attacked his victims, and the abode where Buffy planned her next vampire slay. Or take a peek at the creepy cottage from The Undead. Like your movies with more thrills, less gore? See the mansion from Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil and the tower from Dead Again.

Or, take a walk on the safer side and check out our Famous TV Homes.
