Get Ready for Some Potty Humor
By: Diane Tuman, Zillow Content Manager | October 12, 2007
Gizmodo nicely set up our Friday Fun series with a post yesterday about a house in the shape of a toilet. Our first instinct was: What’s the Zestimate? But, alas, this porcelain beauty is located in Suweon, a city 40km south of Seoul, South Korea. The clincher of this story? The house is owned by Sim Jae-duck, chairman of the organizing committee of the Inaugural General Assembly of the World Toilet Association!
Below are some one-liners that were inspired by this, uh, home.
- An abode in the shape of a commode…
- Driving this porcelain bus must not be easy
- There are thrones and then there are THRONES!
- It beats living in a fishbowl
- What’s this architectural style? American Standard?
- So in terms of declaring # of baths in the house, is this included as a one-quarter bath?
- Uh, I don’t think this beauty abides by the 1.6 gallon/flush standard that was passed in 1992
- What kind of *ss lives in this house?
- Evacuate the house – the toilet is backing up!
- For a bowl this size, the toilet paper must be delivered on a forklift
Have a line to share? Bring it on!
- Stumble it!
