Hefner’s ‘Other’ Home Next to Playboy Mansion for Sale

The home next to the Playboy Mansion at 500 S Mapleton Dr, Los Angeles, CA, is owned by none other than the Playboy king himself, Hugh Hefner, and his wife, Kimberley (Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in January 1988 and Playmate of the Year in 1989, in case anyone is keeping track).
According to public records, the Hefner’s bought the house in July 1996 for $6.7 million. It is now for sale, according to Newsday. For some Playboy wannabe or voyeur who would love to see the comings and goings of celebs and friends in and out of the Playboy mansion, you can have a prime seat for a mere $27,995,000. That is the price of the 500 S Mapleton Drive home, being listed by Stacy Gottula and Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Previews International.

i don’t know who would buy it for 27 mil. If ca afford 27 mil you would probally buy something else with a large estate.

LOTS of single folks might like to buy that pad, younger versions of Steve Jobs & bill gates come to mind, as well as folks outside of tech like Kid Rock or maybe even Ellen Degeneres(lol) sadly you cant take money with you when you go so its a good deal for both Hef & the buyer.

I believe he IS still married to her, they never got legally divorced, they just “broke up”.

hef is still married to his wife who until now has lived nextdoor with his 2 boys who are now going to go to college. they agreed that they are not ever going to divorce but they will see other people they made that agreement right away.

my bad the house that is for sale is the playmate house. i guess since the girls next door are gone and hef is wanting to date MANY girls now, he is just going to have them stay in the mansion. the mapleton house has been used for years to house up and coming playmates.

IT IS DISGUSTING THAT SOMEONE WOULD WANT TO BUY THAT HOUSE. IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT THEY WANT TO SPY ON HEFNER, AND WATCH HIM DO ALL THOSE DISGUSTING THINGS TO THOSE YOUNG GIRLS.
