    Spencer, I think you make some valid points! It’s tough (if impossible) to call the top or bottom in anything, let alone real estate. I tell my clients, “Buy the home you dream about living in.” If you find that home, and it works for you, go for it! Now is a great time.

    Great advice for buyers and sellers. I have a few buyers who are waiting for the bottom or who are trying to time when that will be. I tell them don’t wait because interest rates are at an all time low and they could go up anytime and then you will pay more.
