The comedian and actor just listed his Los Angeles residence for sale. He picked up the gated home at 2508 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles CA 90027 for $2.15 million in 2007. Unfortunately after a little over five years of ownership, it looks like he has to sell it for a loss: the home is listed for $1.899 million. This is Kennedy’s second attempt at dumping the residence, which was previously listed at $1.9 million with a different brokerage in early 2012.
Best known for his stand-up, as well as his roles in “Son of the Mask” and the “Scream” franchise, Kennedy provides the voice of a character on Nickelodeon’s “Fanboy and Chum Chum” and had a recurring role on the CBS drama “Ghost Whisperer” (he dated co-star Jennifer Love Hewitt from 2009-2010). He also owns a production company, and the Real Estalker blog reports that Kennedy may be moving to be closer to the company’s headquarters in downtown L.A.
Kennedy’s 2,342-square-foot home is an ideal bachelor pad. The home has 4 bedrooms, a pool with basketball hoop and plenty of outdoor entertaining space with a fire pit and koi pond.
