While Zillow Chief Economist Stan Humphries views the fluctuation through the lens of the recent housing recession, talk show host Jay Leno has a different theory to why the White House‘s worth has changed:

“[The home] is near a high crime area — Congress!” Leno quipped last night in his monologue.
