Report: Divorcee-To-Be Khloe Kardashian Sells Home For Big Bang Bucks

Khloe Kardashian and her estranged husband Lamar Odom are splitsville, but the ex-couple have gotten a quickie home sale faster than they’ve reached legal divorce.

According to TMZ, the youngest Kardashian sister has sold the resort-like mansion she shared with her former NBA player husband to Kaley Cuoco, who stars in the TV series “Big Bang Theory.”  Word is that the offer was for $5.49 million, which was the list price for the home at 19011 Ashurst Lane, Tarzana, CA 91356. The property was listed for sale on Jan.10, 2014.

It’s not a complete surprise that the 8,400-square-foot Mediterranean home fetched a strong, fast offer. Kardashian oversaw a complete remodel of the home’s interior after purchasing the property in Dec. 2009 for $3.9 million, down from the asking price of $4.9 million.

Just like sister Kourtney Kardashian, who has also just listed her colonial home for $3.499 million after buying a 12,000-square-foot home in Calabasas home of Keyshawn Johnson, Khloe enlisted the services of interior designer Jeff Andrews, who “dramatically re-imagined” the interiors by using strong interior paint colors accented with geometrically-patterned upholstery and rugs.

The home contains 6 en-suite bedrooms outfitted with “exquisite designer details” including textured wallpaper, tumbled stone and mosaic accents. The master suite showcases city views and boasts custom built-ins and a mosaic-tiled fireplace.

The spa-like master bath has dual sinks, a spa tub and a shower with personalized temperature settings. Three custom-built walk-in closets complete the room.

The compound sits in a cul-de-sac and is surrounded by huge grassy lawns, a dramatic courtyard and resort-grade swimming pool with gorgeous covered patio areas for dining and entertaining.
