You live in a mobile home.

The mobile home is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida Intracoastal.

It is claimed to be the only mobile home park with beachfront property in Florida.

You bought your home in 1998 for $31,000.

You like your home and you like living on the ocean.

A developer wants to buy your home and the other 487 mobile homes that are located in Briny Breezes.

You will make at least $750,000. At least.

Would you do it? Would you sell the home you love for a boatload of money?

That question will be answered by Jan. 10, when the residents of Briny Breezes votes on whether to sell to a developer.

If it were me, I would say no. Here’s why:

  • When it comes to homes, $750,000 doesn’t go very far these days
  • How often do you get to live on the ocean?
  • Moving is hell
