Mortgage Rates Drop Below 5.0% on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace

Mortgage rates for a 30-year fixed mortgage have just dropped below 5% to 4.95% on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace. Also, rates for 15 year fixed mortgages are now 4.78%.
Let’s hope rates continue to stay down, because low rates, coupled with the $8000 tax credit proposal could get real estate moving again.
