Mortgage Rates Still Stable
By: Katie Curnutte, Zillow PR Manager | November 18, 2008
Thirty-year fixed mortgage rates have remained pretty stable for the past two weeks, hovering around 6.00 percent. The average rate last week was 6.03 percent, down just a bit from 6.09 percent the week before, according to the Zillow Mortgage Rate Monitor, which we compile with real rate quotes from Zillow Mortgage Marketplace.
And rates haven’t changed much this week, either. As of Tuesday morning, the 30-year fixed rate was at 5.91 percent.
Rates stayed pretty steady on a state level, as well.

My house has been wrongly represented in your web site. The house in which you pointed as 15018 Running Park Ct, Bowie
Maryland is not my house. My house is the only house with
swimming pool and is completely fenced.
I will like to know what the value may be as at now.

Here is the home on Zillow, and it shows a Zestimate of $529,000 (as of 11/17/08).
It sounds like your issue is that the home is not displayed in the correct location on the map — for more information regarding how we determine a homes’ location on the map, please read this blog post. As the owner of the home, you can claim your home and update the location of the home. The important thing to note is that your homes’ location on the map is not impacting your Zestimate value.
Hope this helps.
