Michael has been in the mortgage and lending industry since 1990, and currently is a top loan officer in Gateway Funding’s E-Commerce Division. He has been writing online since late 2006 to provide information for consumers regarding mortgage financing options. Michael contributes to his own blog FHA and Investor Specialist as well as to several other real estate websites. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Baseball, Rugby, natural history, reading and travel. Michael lives in Flemington, NJ.
