Move over solar, wind is coming on strong

Jay Leno is much more than a late night comedian and talk-show host — he is a collector of cool cars and motorcycles and has a 17,000 sq ft garage down in Burbank, California, called the Big Dog Garage. It’s where he tinkers along with his mechanics on his car toys, tries to find green, innovative energy sources and he even cooks!

The latest innovation that Jay is embracing is the magnetic wind turbine (developed in Canada), which he intends to use for this huge shop, because he says, “anytime we can get free energy, I say ‘why not’?” Evidently, Jay already has solar power up on his roof, so will be another addition to his free and green attitude.
