NBA Star Iverson Reduces Price of Main Line home

Memphis guard Allen Iverson seems to be hitting a few bumps lately. This past weekend, Iverson didn’t start for the Grizzlies, coming off the bench to play for the first time in his 14-year career. Iverson is also having problems unloading his Philadelphia Main Line house.

Last September, we wrote that Iverson’s house was listed for $3,999,900 and now it looks like he dropped the price of his gorgeous Villanova estate, located at 800 Chateau Ln, Villanova,  PA 19085 to $3,250,000. Iverson purchased the house in 2003 for $5 million, when he was starring for the Philadelphia Sixers.
