New Jersey Real Housewife Danielle Staub Lists Home for $1.45 Million

The Real Housewives real estate madness has made its way to the East Coast where New Jersey Real Housewife Danielle Staub is selling her custom-built home at 8 Shadow Ridge Run Wayne, NJ 07470 for $1.45 million. The home includes a billiards room, 2 laundry rooms, a tanning room (surprise!), gym, and of course, a cabana. Back in June, Foreclosure Flirted With Two ‘Real Housewives’ when Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Sheree Whitfield and Real Housewives of Orange County’s Jeana Keough both dealt with foreclosure issues. Then, in August, “Real Housewives of Atlanta’s” Lisa Wu Hartwell and her husband, former Oakland Raiders linebacker Edgerton Hartwell, lost their Atlanta home to foreclosure.
The housing count kept piling up through August when Lynne Curtin of the Real Housewives of Orange County and her husband, Frank, faced eviction for owing their landlord more than $12,000 for a security deposit, utilities, and other fees on their rental home in Laguna Beach, CA.

Wayne, NJ is a beautiful town - and no, the town itself is mostly hilly and does not flood. Especially where Danielle has her house towards the Oakland/Franklin Lakes border.
