New Look ‘n Feel for Bank of America Home Loans Section
By: Spencer Rascoff, Zillow COO | April 27, 2009
This morning, Bank of America, one of Zillow’s advertising partners, flipped the switch on their new Bank of America Home Loans home page. After taking a test drive on the site, I was impressed by B of A’s emphasis on affordability. The new interface helps consumers answer key home loan questions such as:
- How much can you safely afford to borrow for your home loan?
- What’s a reasonable monthly mortgage payment for my family budget?
- Based on my personal financial goals, what’s the best type of loan for me?
Those are smart questions to be asking when considering buying a home, and this new interface seems to streamline that process. Check it out for yourself.
- Stumble it!

B of A officially killed off the Countrywide brand this week - nice way to relaunch themselves as a leader in the space and leave Angelo’s CFC to the history books.
