NBA star Jason Kidd has been quite active in the real estate sphere over the past year. In October 2011, the All-Star point guard listed his condo for $1.595 million in the Dallas real estate market. Two months later, he purchased a 2-acre property in the Hamptons, joining the host of other athletes and entertainers who either live or vacation in Water Mill, NY and the other exclusive villages nearby.

The New York Knick now has his 1.8-acre property listed in Paradise Valley, AZ, not far from where he played from 1996-2001 as a member of the Phoenix Suns.

The Spanish colonial estate at 5575 N Casa Blanca Dr, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 boasts 13,523 square feet of total living space. The main home has 6 en-suite bedrooms, hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, gourmet kitchen and a massive master suite with a custom walk-in closet. There’s also a guest house, caretaker’s cottage and bath house, plus a tennis court and swimming pool.

The private, gated compound is listed for $5.995 million, slightly more than the $5.948 million Kidd purchased the property for in 2009.

A monthly payment on the estate would be about $21,300, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year fixed mortgage, according to current mortgage rates.
