Planned Site Maintenance Tonight
By: Zillow Team, | May 20, 2009
It pains us to do this, but tonight at 8 p.m. (PDT), Zillow.com will go offline for an hour or so for some behind-the-scenes maintenance that will help improve search performance. What to do in the meantime? How about:
- Catch up on celebrity real estate news
- Watch videos about the Zestimate
- Watch the finale of American Idol (if you’re on the West coast)
- Watch the Real Housewives of New Jersey (if you’re on the East coast)
Thanks for your patience!
- Stumble it!

I’d sure like to use your site and tell many others about it, but why is it impossible to get technical support? I’ve put my home up for sale on you site and loaded a ton of information. Now I’m trying to advertise in local papers to for people to ‘get details’ at http://www.zillow.com, but when you key in my address, it comes up with “we could not find the house you requested”. Also, if I log in and bring up my home, the map doesn’t show it. If I’m smart enough to read the fine print and click on ‘bird’s eye view and larger map’ it will come up - but it seems just for me and under my login.
Any suggestions or help? In short, I’m trying, but it doesn’t seem people will find my home.
Thank you,
Jim Taylor
